RulesTVCM BOARD-WIDE RULES AND REGULATION
- English Only
- Posting is to be in ENGLISH only. However, we allow the use of basic BAHASA MALAYSIA . Usage of BM in different slang/accents, .loghats. or local to your region (e.g. Kelantan BM) is strictly prohibited. The use of English is encouraged and highly recommended.

- No Flaming
- Absolutely NO FLAMING, SPAMMING ,NAME CALLING OR PERSONAL ATTACKS. Mutual respect and civilized conversation is the required norm or will result in a user ban.

- No Thread Hijacking
- No THREAD HIJACKING. Start another thread if you have a different topic.

- No Profanity
- No usage of PROFANITY anywhere in the forum.

- No Pointless Post
- No BOMBING forums or threads with pointless posts. Post should be confined to TVCM and matters relating to Toyota Vios only.

- No SHOUTING (Posting in all capital letters). It's hard to read and just plain rude and annoying.

- Posting of Personal Information
- Do not post PERSONAL INFORMATION (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, passwords, personal identification numbers, images) or any other information considered private without the express permission/consent of the individual. You must respect the privacy of other members. TVCM Forum has addressed privacy concerns by allowing users to set-up their accounts so that e-mail addresses may not be displayed to other users, but rather moderators only.

- Illegal Content
- Pornography, warez and illegal content may not be linked from this forum.Do not to upload pornographic images, images or illustrations representing people who have not explicitly given their permission/consent, images of people below the age of 18 and especially of children.

- Material Ownership
- Do not post MATERIAL where you do not have permission to distribute it electronically or otherwise. This includes posting images directly from a website (Bandwidth Theft) Images are to be hosted personally or by a third party host.

- Illegal Activity Discussion
- You will not discuss, suggest, engage, or encourage any ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. Links provided to locations that deal with any such. Such activity are also expressly forbidden and will result in a user ban.

- Post titles
- Postings must be placed in the appropriate forum channel and contain a descriptive subject line. Postings placed in inappropriate forum channels will be considered off-topic and either moved or deleted. Non-descriptive titles and descriptions will be renamed.

- Topic Pruning
- Linked and locked topics are pruned regularly. If you have a question about where a topic resides, please inform a Moderator before starting a new topic asking where it went or posting a duplicate thread of the original topic. Moderators are happy to provide a link to thread locations as well as explain the reasoning behind why a thread is locked and/or removed.

- Sensitive topics such as religion, politicial and racial matters are not to be discussed in the forum. Topics that could compromise sensitive information or serve to potentially harm Toyota Vios Club Malaysia will be deleted and user will be ban without notice.

- Please observe all COPYRIGHT LAWS, TOS's and Non-Disclosure Agreement(s) ("NDA") when posting copyrighted material. If the material belongs to someone else, credit the original author. Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA.

- Business Promotion
- ADVERTISING, site pimping, contests or any type of business PROMOTION is not permitted. Soliciting for fraternal organizations, humanitarian causes or personal rewards is prohibited unless approved prior to posting by the moderator or/and committee.

- No BUYING, TRADING, or SELLING anywhere with the exception of the For Sale ("FS") / Looking For ("LF") forum. The FS/LF forum has its own set of specific rules. Please read their rules before posting in that forum.
TVCM management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss/damage due to any sale or exchange of any item in the forum. Buyer(s) and seller(s) are to enter into these transactions at their own risk. - Top

- Each TVCM Forum member/ registered member is limited to one ACOUNT/ALIAS, unless otherwise authorized by a TVCM Committee. Protect your password and your account details. You are responsible for your account regardless of compromise.

- Moderator, Administrators and Committee rights
- You must respect forum MODERATORS , ADMINISTRATORS and COMMITTEE members and are bound by their directions, decisions and instructions.

- Losing Member Privileges
- If a thread is deleted by a moderator and the offending user attempts to re-post a similar thread, the user may, at the discretion of the Committee lose "member" privileges.

- Inappropriate Profile
- User profiles, including signatures with inappropriate content, will be modified or deleted without notification.

- Abuse
- Abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in the ban of the involved accounts. If you have been subjected to abusive behavior from a community member, please inform a Forum Moderator or Committee.

- Abuse of power
- If you feel a forum moderator is abusing forum rules or behaving unethically, please e-mail the Committee member or the president (tvcm@viosclub.com).

- Breaking any of the above listed forum rules can result in the loss of posting privileges and possible loss of your forum account. TVCM Committee also reserves the right to ban any user, at any time, and for any reason.

- Moderators, Committee and Administrators frequently review forum messages for those that are in violation of TVCM Forum rules. Any messages found to be in violation will be deleted without warning or explanation.

- TVCM Committee reserves the right to edit, reprints, distributes, or delete any posting(s) for any reason and without prior notification or explanation to the author/member.

- TVCM Committee and its representatives will not be held liable for the result of the usage of any information provided in the TVCM Forum and disclaim all liability resulting in the use of the posted information. All messages posted become the property of TVCM.
